Responsibilities * Execute cleaning and disinfection routines in various assigned units. * Prepare supplies, tools, and equipment, including their replenishment and transportation, involved in delivering cleaning services. * Provide customer service related to the delivery of cleaning services. * Carry out and support tasks related to monitoring and applying current company and site-specific protocols and procedures. Requirements * Minimum of 1 year of experience working in cleaning and on-site operations. * Basic knowledge of customer service protocols and quality standards in cleaning services. * Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic on-site environment. * Availability to work 10x10 shifts.
