Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, labeling, sorting, and delivering orders for customers who purchased with home delivery, ensuring productivity and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the efficient receipt and delivery of orders for customers. 2. Ensures compliance with quality and speed standards. 3. Handles product issues and returns to maintain workflow. * Responsibilities: Execute receipt, labeling, sorting, and delivery (to the Courier) of orders placed by customers purchasing CATEX with home delivery, meeting the business’s quality and speed standards, and ensuring productivity and customer satisfaction. * Unload pallets: Unload pallets from the half-mile truck and place them in designated areas (Node, S2S, GM). * Receive products: Break the shrink wrap on the NODE pallet and register each package in the Colaborapp application. * Label and sort: Label and organize cartons by route, maintaining order and cleanliness. * Deliver cartons to the Courier: Deliver the corresponding cartons to the Courier according to the daily commitment date. * Handle product issues: Resolve incidents involving missing, defective, or otherwise problematic cartons with the store team. * Manage returns and undelivered orders: Handle returns and undelivered orders to maintain an orderly workflow and proper tracking. * Organize the warehouse: Structure and prepare the node warehouse for the next shift and support contingency tasks as needed. * Communication with last-mile team: Maintain constant communication with the courier team to ensure timely loading and dispatch. * Shifts and schedules: Rotating shifts as follows * **Monday to Saturday workweek** Position type: Full-time Salary: $600\.000 per month
