You will be responsible for conducting field supervision as needed and managing and validating technical information prepared by the engineering department and external consulting firms. If required, you must participate in meetings with sectoral authorities and be capable of preparing supporting technical documentation. All of the above must be carried out efficiently, safely, and with quality, focusing on safe production to ensure operational continuity within the area. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the proper collection of data and information generated to prepare documentation associated with the development of sectoral permits under your purview. * Review and validate technical reports, drawings, or other documents required for preparing sectoral permits. * Ensure consistency between the environmental permit and the sectoral permits under your responsibility. * Review, validate, and ensure adherence to the established schedule for preparing assigned sectoral permits, both from the Engineering Department and external consulting firms. * Update the requirements matrix for assigned permits. * Prepare weekly progress reports on assigned activities. * Manage the software used for handling permits under your responsibility. * Perform activities that promote and impact safety, the environment, energy efficiency, gender equality, and operational excellence. * Execute any task related to your area of work as assigned. **Qualifications** ------------------ **Minimum Requirements** * University graduate (Environmental Engineer, Civil Engineer, Biologist, or related discipline in environmental or sectoral permitting) with at least three years of professional experience. * Experience in processing sectoral permits (DOM, Health, DGA, Sernageomin, SAG, CMN, Maritime Governorship, or others) and/or projects subject to SEIA, preferably in the mining, energy, or consulting sectors. * Knowledge of environmental and sectoral regulations, environmental assessment processes, and administrative procedures of state-administered agencies. * Proficiency with computer tools (MS Office, MS Project, Google Earth, GIS, among others).
