Operational Software Quality Analyst **Location:** Calama, Antofagasta Region, Chile **Company:** Bengal Mobile QA SpA Job Description The **Operational Software Quality Analyst** will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of applications and operating systems used in mobile and industrial environments through testing, analysis, and process validation. Responsibilities * **Test plan design**: Develop testing strategies for applications and operating systems. * **Functional and performance testing**: Execute test cases and validate results. * **Defect management**: Identify, document, and track detected errors. * **Test automation**: Develop scripts to optimize QA processes. * **Regulatory and standards compliance**: Ensure alignment with best practices and regulations. * **Technical reporting**: Prepare periodic reports on quality results and metrics. Candidate Profile * Degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, QA, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in software quality assurance. * Proficiency with testing tools (Selenium, JUnit, Postman, Appium, etc.). * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
