





We are seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant, a responsible individual capable of supporting the coordination and control of compliance with information and documentation requirements set by the company. Must provide diligent support in response to requests from employees, supervisors, and management. Daily reporting of tasks performed and relevant updates, timely and appropriately informing site administration and supervisors. Ensuring compliance with all processes assigned to the position as required by the company. **Responsibilities:** 1\- Preparation and submission of periodic performance reports (daily, weekly, and monthly reports). 2\- Review, registration, control, and organization of Attendance Logs. 3\- Support in document management (digitization, storage of updated documents and certifications). 4\- Assist in generating responses to requested inquiries, and other similar duties. 5\- Provide diligent support in handling employee requests. 6\- Provide direct technical support and assistance to supervisors. 7\- Daily reporting of updates, informing immediate supervisor. 8\- Fulfill requirements requested by direct supervisor and company management. 9\- Collaborate effectively in the planning, coordination, and execution of work within the Department, actively participating in projects, processes, or assigned tasks. **Requirements:** 1\. Final-year students in Technical Programs in Administration or Accounting. 2\. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. 3\. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4\.
