R\&Q Ingeniería, an Engineering and Projects company with over 45 years of experience, is seeking a **Senior Hydrogeologist A** to join an important bidding process within the Geotechnical and Hydrogeological Area (Mining) in the Antofagasta Region. **Estimated duration of the contract to be bid: 24 months.** For this position, the following requirements are needed: * Graduate Geologist with a postgraduate degree in Hydrogeology * At least 10 years of general experience since graduation in Hydrogeology * Specific experience required (mandatory): * In Geotechnical and Hydrogeological services (minimum 5 years) * Solid knowledge in mining hydrogeology, dewatering, hydrogeological monitoring, QA/QC, and hydrogeological data modeling * Knowledge and skills in using software including Leapfrog Geo, Vulcan, AutoCAD, ISite Studio, Acquire, MineDW, Seep/W, ArisG, Pix4d, ArcGIS, and Aquifer Test, which are necessary for the proper execution of this service * Minimum 2 years of experience driving vehicles (pickup trucks) at mining sites * Day shift on a 4x3 work schedule Main Responsibilities: * Lead the Hydrogeology team, responsible for reliably and cohesively integrating all activities related to producing intermediate and final deliverables * Responsible for the effective operation of the field hydrogeology team and all activities they carry out * Responsible for evaluating and analyzing hydrogeological data, issuing reports, presentations, proposals, etc. * Must technically validate data collection, interpretation, modeling, and quality control of hydrogeological information, ensuring compliance with all standards established by the Corporation in this field. **Desired Profile** ------------------ * Graduate Geologist with a postgraduate degree in Hydrogeology * At least 10 years of general experience since graduation in Hydrogeology * Specific experience required (mandatory): * In Geotechnical and Hydrogeological services (minimum 5 years) * Solid knowledge in mining hydrogeology, dewatering, hydrogeological monitoring, QA/QC, and hydrogeological data modeling * Knowledge and skills in using software including Leapfrog Geo, Vulcan, AutoCAD, ISite Studio, Acquire, MineDW, Seep/W, ArisG, Pix4d, ArcGIS, and Aquifer Test, which are necessary for the proper execution of this service * Minimum 2 years of experience driving vehicles (pickup trucks) at mining sites * Day shift on a 4x3 work schedule
