Be part of a global company passionate about cinema and service. **Job Objective:** Supervise and ensure proper operation of cinema projection, sound, and technological equipment, guaranteeing quality customer experience and compliance with Cinépolis operational standards. **Main Responsibilities:** Supervise operation of digital projection equipment and theater audio systems. Verify correct scheduling, playback, and quality of screenings. Conduct preventive inspections and coordinate equipment maintenance. Resolve technical incidents during daily operations. Coordinate with other departments to ensure adherence to schedules and film programming. Supervise compliance with safety and operational procedures. Requirements Completed secondary education; technical training in electronics, computing, telecommunications, or related fields is desirable. Experience in team supervision (desirable). Basic knowledge of audiovisual systems, computing, and technological equipment. Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
