Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: The internal job title is: Operational Continuity Engineer Responsibilities: Ensure continuous operation of technological systems under the responsibility of the Technology Operations Management. Ensure high availability and reliability of systems such as: CCTV systems, access control systems, radio telecommunications, industrial IT/OT networks, mine production control systems, Integrated Operations Centers (IOC), servers, virtualization platforms, and data centers. Inspect fieldwork to ensure proper service execution. Manage existing requirements from various divisional clients to respond in the shortest possible time. Manage and reduce downtime (MTTR / MTBF). Lead the response to critical incidents and high-impact operational events. Coordinate technical response to major failures. Execute and improve contingency, recovery, and business continuity plans. Manage budgets associated with operational continuity. Prioritize investments based on operational criticality. What do you need to fill this vacancy? Mandatory Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields—corresponding to a professional program of at least eight semesters. At least 10 years of experience in mining. At least 5 years of experience in development, control, and management of mining processes; maintenance and support of technological systems; and budgetary control and management. At least 1 year of experience leading operational continuity for critical technological systems. Previous role as supervisor or team leader within the mining industry in a technology area, ensuring compliance and control of maintenance activities, client requirements, and change management coordination.
