**Logistics company is seeking a Security Manager – Calama Branch** We are currently seeking a **Security Manager** for our branch located in **Calama**. This individual will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive site security and supporting the company's operational continuity. **Main responsibilities:** * Plan, manage, and monitor all activities related to business security and operations, ensuring smooth operations, minimizing risks, preventing losses, proposing improvements, and contributing to profitability, all within the current legal framework. * Manage and control all documentation and security measures required by law, ensuring operational functionality and the safety of personnel, equipment, and facilities. * Conduct investigations using audiovisual materials (CCTV, surveillance cameras, and DVR) to maintain action traceability as required by internal or external requests. * Perform cash reconciliation and audits to maintain control over safeguarded assets in accordance with company policy. **Desirable qualifications:** * Knowledge of current legal regulations regarding security. * Accounting knowledge: reconciliations, cash audits, and value counting (desirable). * Proficiency with CCTV systems, multimedia files, and image analysis. **Requirements:** * Class B driver's license. * Experience in logistical-operational processes. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in security, operational process control, and/or internal process management.
