The role is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the correct execution of scaffold erection work, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise scaffold erection and dismantling * Lead work crews * Monitor compliance with safety standards * Coordinate field activities **Conditions:** * Shift: 14 days on / 14 days off * Accommodation: Hotel / Boarding House / Other * Transportation included **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Minimum 2 years of experience in mining * Scaffold certification * Experience leading teams
