Lead failure and root cause analysis. **Description** --------------- **Reliability Engineer II** The primary function is to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, ensuring proper risk management in maintenance activities. Additionally, the role must ensure the reliability of the mining equipment fleet through data analysis and maintenance management, executing maintenance efficiently while ensuring safety, quality, and a focus on safe production, thereby guaranteeing operational continuity of the area. **Essential Functions** \-Monitor and track the PASSO safety plan. \-Monitor and track the environmental management system plan. \-Analyze failure information and trends, as well as oil sample data. \-Lead failure and root cause analysis. \-Control and monitor maintenance action plans. \-Develop business intelligence tools (Power BI) for maintenance management. \-Ensure the quality of information entered related to stoppages. \-Carry out activities that promote and impact safety, the environment, energy efficiency, gender equality, and operational excellence. \-Perform any other tasks within their area of responsibility as assigned. **Extended Description** --------------------- **Minimum Requirements:**\- Professional degree as Civil Engineer or Executive Engineer in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering. \- Two years of experience in similar roles. \- Knowledge of reliability tools and maintenance asset management. \- User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office software. \- Class B driver's license, valid for at least one year **Preferred Qualifications** \- Commitment to occupational safety and health. \- Commitment to sustainability, environmental protection, and efficient energy use. \- Commitment to community engagement, gender equality, and work-life-family-personal balance. \- Willingness to embrace change and continuous learning. \- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in teams. \- Results-oriented approach. \- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
