We seek an Operations Manager to join a major medium- and low-voltage electrical maintenance contract, who will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and operational execution of the service, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, safety standards, and operational continuity of electrical activities. ### **About the Challenge** * Lead and monitor planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution actions for the service. * Ensure fulfillment of agreed commitments and defined targets for the contract. * Lead operational management while promoting a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. * Supervise on-site compliance with procedures, safety and occupational health standards established under the contract. * Lead on-site and workshop work teams. * Organize resources, manage teams, and coordinate crews across various work fronts. * Plan and schedule the contract's operational activities. * Coordinate required human, material, and equipment resources for service execution. * Contribute to meeting operational safety, occupational health, environmental, and community standards defined by the operation. ### **What We Would Love to See in You** * Degree as an Electrical Construction Engineer or Higher-Level Technical Specialist in Electricity. * Experience leading work teams and coordinating on-site electrical activities. * Defensive Driving Course. * Valid Class B Driver's License. * Knowledge of planning, scheduling, and control of electrical services. ### **We Are Looking For** Individuals with operational leadership skills, strong management capability, and results orientation, with experience in electrical contracts and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with technical, operational, and safety standards. ### **What We Offer** * Confidential selection process. * 4x3 work schedule. * Project offering job stability. * Salary commensurate with experience. * Professional development opportunities. * Offer under Law No. 21.015 on Labor Inclusion. ### **Are You Interested in This Challenge? ‍ ️ ️** **We invite you to apply!**
