




Job Summary: Instructor responsible for coordinating and executing driver training, ensuring process compliance, and supporting talent attraction in Calama. Key Highlights: 1. If you have a solid background as a professional driver and experience training teams, with a vocation for people’s training and development, this opportunity is for you! **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support and oversee the talent attraction process in the assigned area, coordinating with base instructors for each contract. * Execute and coordinate driver training and coaching processes according to the curricula and programs defined by the company. * Ensure compliance with Academy processes: timelines, internal mobility, and legal and corporate parameters. * Support the Training Center in delivering technical content lectures and advising on scheduled trainings. * Conduct field control and supervision of assigned processes, auditing bases and evaluating instructor performance. * Participate in the approval or rejection of applicants according to organizational criteria. * Coordinate with Talent Attraction and Operations departments to provide timely responses to each contract’s requirements. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education. * Valid professional Class A3 driver’s license. * Minimum 6 years’ experience as a professional driver in mining. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a driver trainer or instructor. * Theoretical and practical knowledge of internal combustion buses, electromobility, taxibuses, and minibuses. * Knowledge of road safety and defensive driving. * Basic-level Office software proficiency. * Residence in Calama (Mandatory). **CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS** * Shift schedule: 5x2\. * Fixed-term contract with possibility of indefinite extension based on performance. * Be part of a stable and continuously growing company. * Supplementary health insurance (voluntary). * Support from the Well-being and Quality of Life department.
