The role plays a key part in building reliable, scalable, and efficient applications while collaborating with technical teams and business units. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain **software applications and solutions** according to business requirements. * Participate in defining architectures, integrations, and technical solutions for new projects. * Review code and promote best practices in development, quality, security, and maintainability. * Integrate applications with APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms. * Identify and resolve technical issues, optimizing application performance and stability. * Participate in agile methodologies, delivery planning, and cross-team coordination. * Propose technological improvements and automations that enhance process efficiency. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science**, or a related field. * **4 to 7 years of professional software development experience**. * Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as **Java, C\#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript**, or equivalent. * Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, APIs, and integration services. * Knowledge of version control, software testing, and agile methodologies. * Cloud services, DevOps, or enterprise systems experience is desirable. * Strong analytical ability, autonomy, effective communication, and problem-solving orientation. Salary: $1\.500\.000 \- $2\.700\.000 per month Work Location: On-site employment
