We are seeking 2 Field Supervisors for our key client Codelco División Ministro Hales Plants in the city of Calama, to supervise and coordinate the execution of operational and maintenance activities at water treatment plants, ensuring operational continuity within established safety, quality, and productivity standards set by the service and/or company. **Mandatory Requirements to Apply:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Engineering, or Mechanical Technician, or related field * 5 years of experience as a Supervisor in mining * 2 years of supervision experience in contracts for Water Supply Systems and/or Wastewater Treatment Plants and/or Drinking Water Plants * Knowledge and experience with pumps * Valid Class B driver's license * Residence: Calama or nearby areas (no camp accommodation) **Benefits:** * Transportation * Meals * Complementary health, dental, and life insurance A fixed-term contract is offered, followed by an indefinite contract based on performance.
