Our mission is to provide friendly, personalized service to our customers, delivering expert advice. **Job Responsibilities:** Autoplanet and Aftermarket Management is currently seeking its next Senior Shift Supervisor, whose primary challenge will be supporting store operations and oversight, acting as the Store Manager’s backup in their absence. You will ensure operational continuity and team management. **Key responsibilities include:** * Providing product guidance and answering questions related to automotive parts and accessories. * Addressing customer complaints or concerns, ensuring satisfaction and fostering a welcoming store environment. * Leading and supervising the workforce. * Supporting the coordination of promotional activities, sales events, and in-store layout changes to maximize sales and operational efficiency. **You’ll be a great match if you meet the following requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration or related field. * One year of experience in customer service and sales. * Prior experience in similar roles within the automotive industry or retail sales. **Position Information:** * Direct Supervisor: Store Manager. * Work Location: Autoplanet Calama. * Employment Type: On-site. * Schedule: Monday through Sunday, with two rotating days off per week.
