Our mission is to provide friendly, personalized service to our customers, delivering expert advice. **Job Responsibilities:** Autoplanet and Aftermarket Management is currently seeking its next Senior Shift Supervisor, whose primary challenge will be supporting store operations and oversight, acting as the Store Manager’s backup in their absence. You will ensure operational continuity and team management. **Key responsibilities include:** * Providing product advice and answering questions related to automotive parts and accessories. * Addressing customer complaints or concerns, ensuring satisfaction and fostering a welcoming in-store environment. * Leading and supervising the store team. * Supporting the coordination of promotional activities, sales events, and store layout changes to maximize sales and operational efficiency. **You’ll be a great fit if you meet the following requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration or a related field. * One year of experience in customer service and sales. * Prior experience in similar roles within the automotive or retail sales industry. **Position Information:** * Direct Supervisor: Store Manager. * Work Location: Autoplanet Calama. * Work Mode: On-site. * Schedule: Monday through Sunday, with two rotating days off per week.
