We are seeking our next **Operational Assistant** for our branch in **Calama**. **Mission:** Ensure efficient operational support in the processes of heavy machinery sales and rentals, optimizing time, guaranteeing service quality, and maximizing customer satisfaction and company profitability. **As part of our team, you will be responsible for:** * Coordinate and manage the necessary documentation for sales and rental contracts, including quotes, contracts, insurance policies, and other required legal documents. * Supervise and keep updated records of machinery available for sale and rental, including location, conditions, and maintenance status. * Plan and coordinate the logistics of machinery delivery and pickup with customers, transporters, and the maintenance department. * Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding operational inquiries related to availability, timelines, and after-sales service follow-up. * Ensure machines are inspected and maintained according to company standards before delivery or rental. * Generate periodic reports on machinery usage, availability, performance, as well as key operational metrics. * Coordinate with service providers for transportation, maintenance, and insurance to ensure compliance with commercial agreements.
