**JOB OBJECTIVE / (JOB STATEMENT)** Responsible for standardized work and BOS (BHP Operating System) Monitors the strategic, tactical, and operational dimensions of the service, controlling operational and logistical execution, detecting deviations, to support management in the decision-making process for continuous service improvement. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS / (QUALIFICATIONS \& EXPERIENCE) * **Education:** (Professional) * Industrial Engineer * **Experience:** Three (3\) years of experience in the position, in quality control processes, continuous improvement, management and standardization of documents. * * **Training** (Expected Knowledge): * Experience with SAP in MM and PM modules / Advanced * Management Control * Supervision Responsibility regarding Accidents * Interpretation of ISO 9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards * Knowledge of Systems: RESSO, SIGO, SGHP, WORMATE. * Computer skills at user level: Power BI, Excel, Word, Project. * **Other Requirements**: * Fit for high-altitude work (\+2800 m.a.s.l). * Training in Risk Prevention and Labor Safety Law 16744. Environmental, safety and occupational health (SSO) emergency procedures.
