We are seeking four Operational Continuity and Maintenance Leaders for our key client, Codelco’s Ministro Hales Division in the city of Calama, where your role will be to lead the field team, manage resources, ensure the planned execution of plant operations, report incidents to supervisors, comply with and promote safety and environmental policies, participate in coordination meetings, implement maintenance programs, follow instructions from supervisors, report risks, and prevent exposure to uncontrolled conditions. **Mandatory requirements to apply:** * Professional or technical degree: Civil Engineer, Construction Engineer, or Professional Technician in related fields. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Availability to work on a 7x7 shift schedule, both day and night shifts. * Residence in Calama or adjacent areas (no camp accommodation). **Required experience based on academic background:** **Civil Engineer:** * Minimum 3 years of mining experience. * At least 2 years of experience supervising water systems and/or water treatment plants. **Construction Engineer:** * Minimum 4 years of mining experience. * At least 3 years of experience supervising water systems and/or water treatment plants. **Professional Technician:** * Minimum 6 years of mining experience. * At least 5 years of experience supervising water systems and/or water treatment plants. **Benefits:** * Meals provided at the workplace. * Shuttle bus service within Calama. * Supplementary insurance.
