A leading mining company is seeking an Operations Manager to work at its mining site, responsible for organizing, planning, and coordinating the activities of the drilling control team. **Requirements:** * Degree in Geology and/or Metallurgical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in mining. * Class B driver’s license with at least 2 years of validity. * Experience leading work teams. * Must reside in Calama (mandatory). **Contractual conditions:** * Net monthly salary: $1,700,000 * Quarterly framework agreement bonus. * Work schedule: 4x3 shift system. * Commuting transport from Calama to the mining site.
