We’re looking for a motivated, committed, and energetic individual to join our HC CALAMA store team—advising customers on their purchases and home projects. **Mission:** To supervise and ensure the proper functioning of the cash and treasury areas in accordance with the company’s established procedures and quality standards—aiming to safeguard efficiency in cash and treasury flows, guarantee high-quality customer-facing service, minimize loss risks, ensure correct use and compliance with documentation, and protect the company’s and store’s values. What will be your main responsibilities? * Supervise and oversee the entire cash and treasury area, continuously monitoring equipment, systems, documents, materials used, and infrastructure within these areas. * Administer, control, and record the flow of funds in the store’s treasury operations; reconcile deposits; report risk situations; maintain operational status of the coin recycler and deposit machine; manage change funds; and administer petty cash. * Monitor and ensure that supervised staff adhere to critical customer service behaviors and the Uxpos system’s product-scanning process at checkout, advising and supporting customers in using self-service checkouts. * Supervise and monitor adherence to the shift schedule and working hours for supervised staff, staffing levels, and requirements to cover shifts in the cash area. * Efficiently address and resolve customer, supervisor, and staff requests and/or issues, fostering and maintaining ongoing communication among all stakeholders. * Monitor procedures executed at the front-end cash registers—authorizing required documents, supervising withdrawals and cash counts as needed, and executing system cash register opening and closing. * Perform cashier duties when operational needs require, and manage authorizations for issuing credit notes in the post-sale area (within assigned autonomy), as well as warranty authorizations for tool rental services, if required.
