Position Summary: SIGMA S.A. is seeking a Supply and Warehouse Manager to lead logistics coordination, supply management, and inventory control for mining projects. Key Highlights: 1. Manages material and PPE certifications, and stock control At **SIGMA S.A.**, a leading company providing integrated services for mining and engineering—specialized in construction, commissioning, and maintenance—we are currently seeking a **Supply and Warehouse Manager** to join the team for the **Electrical Installation Project**, located in the Antofagasta Region. **Main Responsibilities:** * Responsible for coordinating and planning supply and logistics activities, issuing reports to management, and coordinating site mobilization and demobilization activities. * Controls the flow of requisitions and purchase orders, as well as the receipt of purchase orders in the ERP. * Manages and maintains material, tool, and PPE certifications; controls outgoing dispatch guides; and coordinates vehicle routes. * Issues payment status reports and monthly cost, expense, and inventory level reports. * Manages warehouse inventory according to the standard defined by the functional area. * Requests procurement with authorization to maintain minimum critical stock levels and controls material or equipment entry and exit from the warehouse. * Drives in compliance with traffic regulations and receives materials required under the contract. * Maintains warehouse order and product storage, coordinating timely dispatches to various departments. * Controls stock levels through selective and scheduled inventories, reporting directly to the supervisor. **Requirements:** * Degree in **Logistics Engineering, Business Administration Engineering, Industrial Execution Engineering, Logistics Technician, Industrial Administration Technician, or related field.** * Knowledge of **SAP** or other ERP systems for inventory management. * Prior experience in **mining site warehouses**. * Class B or D driver's license (Class D required if operating a forklift). * **Minimum 5 years of experience** in technical offices within the mining sector, preferably on electrical installation projects. * Experience in logistics and supply chain management * Proficiency in systems and electronic spreadsheets * Proper use and care of personal protective equipment (PPE) * + Stakeholder management At **SIGMA S.A.**, we are committed to inclusion and diversity within our workforce.
