If you are a specialist in metallic structures and meet the highest welding standards in large-scale mining, we are looking for you! **Location:** Calama Base / Sierra Gorda Project. ### **What will be your mission?** Perform high-precision welding and preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance tasks. Your work will be essential for the installation, repair, and reinforcement of structures, supports, and **belt conveyor cleaning equipment**, ensuring structural integrity of equipment and directly supporting system operational continuity. ### **Profile Requirements:** * **Education:** Intermediate or Advanced Technician in Metallic Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * **Mandatory Certifications:** * Valid **Qualified Welder** certification (specify processes, e.g., SMAW, FCAW, GTAW as required). * **Experience:** Proven experience in mechanical maintenance at mining plants, ideally involving assembly and repair of belt conveyor components and installation of cleaners. * **Residence:** City of Calama or nearby areas. * **️ Position Conditions:** * **Shift System:** 5x2\. * **Work Modality:** Availability to stay overnight at site (camp) during weekdays.
