Job Summary:
We are seeking a Water Monitoring Supervisor to plan, control, and ensure the execution of environmental sampling activities, guaranteeing quality and regulatory compliance.

3. Field technical staff management and development
**A Water Monitoring Supervisor with relevant experience is required to perform the following job functions:**
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Plan, control, and ensure the execution of environmental sampling services (e.g., water, soil, air quality, among others).
* Monitor operational quality to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines for sampling activities (e.g., equipment usage, on-site determinations, adherence to monitoring programs, among others).
* Safeguard result quality, field personnel competencies, and equipment and vehicles used in service delivery.
* Ensure proper functioning of equipment and vehicles assigned to service execution.
* Manage corrective maintenance and/or repairs of equipment and vehicles assigned to service execution.
* Ensure technical performance, safety, and integrity of personnel under supervision.
* Continuously verify, train, and evaluate field personnel competencies, developing induction programs and work authorizations as required by applicable regulations.
* Ensure and train personnel on correct completion of operational records and quality management system documents related to sampling activities.
* Ensure and implement the annual field supervision program.
* Manage and distribute materials, supplies, and equipment to fulfill the sampling program.
* Conduct site visits for new services, performing on-site assessments of requirements and subsequent assignment and/or selection of personnel.
* Perform field sampling and measurement activities when necessary.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related technical field (with industry experience).
* Minimum 7 years of experience in mining operations and water monitoring services (mandatory).
* Class B driver's license with over 3 years of validity.
* Residence in Calama (mandatory).
