The role aims to support strategic and operational management within the Planning and Control department, ensuring monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), proper budget execution, and the preparation of management reports to support decision-making. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate in administrative processes related to procurement, warehouse, and financial control, contributing to efficiency and achievement of organizational objectives. A professional degree in Business Administration, Management Control, or a related field is required, residency in Calama (mandatory), class B driver's license with at least two years of validity, intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, and desirable knowledge of Power BI.
