




At Aramark, we are looking for an Operations Manager for our facilities in the northern zone. The main function of this position is to lead the food service operations across all dining facilities under the contract, according to the service, quality, and safety standards established by the organization and client, ensuring compliance with the terms defined in the commercial contract and company objectives. Main responsibilities include: * Ensure delivery of the service defined in the commercial contract to clients and/or consumers, guaranteeing retention and increasing satisfaction/income. * Lead assigned personnel to ensure service efficiency through achievement of results, adherence to procedures (quality, safety, and internal processes), and high levels of performance and engagement. * Manage service surveys, customer and user complaints, compliments, suggestions, as well as any deviations occurring during contracted service delivery, among others. * Request and manage required resources timely and accordingly, along with associated KPIs (staffing, vehicles, PPE, uniforms, raw materials, tableware, cutlery, trays, utensils, etc.), to ensure proper contractual fulfillment of food services. * Monitor cost center plan results. * Lead the Production Area. * Review weekly contract closing with the Controller (ensuring system data matches final rations served reported by the dining facility). * Analyze information related to dining facility service during periodic meetings with the contract team to ensure effective client service delivery. Requirements: * Residence in Antofagasta. * Professional degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. * At least 5 to 6 years of experience in similar roles managing cleaning, food service, and hospitality operations. * Experience with large-scale mining contracts. * Availability to work on a 5x2 shift schedule\.
