




At Aramark, we are currently seeking a Cleaning Operations Manager for our facilities in the northern zone. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the cleaning services operations across all casinos under the contract, according to the service, quality, and safety standards established by the organization and client, ensuring compliance with the terms outlined in the commercial contract and achieving company objectives. Key responsibilities include: * Ensure delivery of the service defined in the commercial contract for clients and/or consumers, ensuring customer retention and increasing satisfaction/income. * Lead assigned personnel to ensure service efficiency through achievement of targets, adherence to procedures (quality, safety, and internal processes), and high levels of performance and engagement. * Manage service surveys, customer and user complaints, compliments, suggestions, as well as any deviations arising during contracted service delivery, among others. * Request and manage required resources timely and effectively, along with associated KPIs (staffing, vehicles, PPE, uniforms, raw materials, tableware, cutlery, trays, utensils, etc.), to ensure proper contractual fulfillment of catering services. * Monitor results of the cost center plan. * Lead the Production Area. * Review weekly contract closing with the Controller (ensuring system data matches final served portions reported by the casino). * Analyze information related to casino services during periodic meetings with the contract team to ensure effective customer service delivery. Requirements: * Residence in Antofagasta. * Professional degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in similar roles managing cleaning, catering, and hospitality services. * Experience with large-scale mining contracts. * Availability to work on a 4x3 shift schedule
