Quality Supervisor (Industrial Projects / Mining) Job Description We are looking for a highly qualified Quality Supervisor to join our technical project management team. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the correct implementation, control, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in assigned projects, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory standards, client-specific requirements, and field traceability. The professional will be directly responsible for verifying, controlling, and rigorously executing the entire quality process on-site, both during step-by-step activity execution and final completion of work packages, reporting directly to the Technical Office Manager. Main Functions and Responsibilities Field Process Control: Verify, control, and meticulously execute the entire quality process on the project, covering both the step-by-step construction sequence and the final completion of each work package. Documentation and Tracking: Actively control the documentation of work packages to ensure contractual conformity and traceability of deliverables. Strategic Quality Planning: Develop, implement, and continuously monitor the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) according to client requirements. Reporting and Audits: Prepare periodic quality reports for management and coordinate/perform internal and external audits to evaluate compliance with QMS standards. Non-Conformity Management: Identify, record, and analyze deviations and non-conformities (NCs), leading timely corrective and preventive actions. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Ensure all departmental activities comply with current safety regulations, actively participating in risk matrix development and reporting incidents per the Integrated Management System guidelines (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Candidate Profile Requirements Education: University graduate in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Executive Engineering. Specific Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience serving as a Quality Supervisor in sector-related projects. Industry Experience: Proven solid experience in Miscellaneous Construction, Maintenance, and Installation contracts within industrial or mining contexts. Mandatory Certifications / Knowledge: Strong practical and applied knowledge of ISO 9001 standard (mandatory). Experience leading audits, technical document control processes, and structured development of QAP and ITP. Desirable Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel at intermediate-advanced level).
