We are currently seeking a **Rental Agent Sales** to cover a two-month replacement period for an important automotive industry client located in Calama. Job Objective: The purpose of this role is to serve customers, manage reservations, and fleet contracts within the system. **Responsibilities** * Serve customers according to brand standards * Be responsible for generating reservations * Manage rental contracts through the internal reservation system * Safely coordinate vehicle transportation to fulfill reservations at Calama airport and occasionally at the branch location * Securely and efficiently manage company facilities * Support the team in various tasks as required by management * Maintain a clean and organized workplace Requirements * Technical or University degree * 1 year of work experience in tourism or hospitality * Proficiency in Office, billing, and technological tools * English (desirable) * Valid class B driver's license Additional Information * Two-month replacement assignment, potentially extendable * Net salary: $550,000 CLP, plus guaranteed bonus of $200,000 CLP for initial months * Temporary contract with Grafton Latam * Guaranteed bonuses for three months: $200,000 CLP gross * Schedule: (shifts rotate weekly) * Medical leave replacement Shift A: 07:00 - 15:00 Shift B: 10:00 - 18:00 Shift C: 15:30 - 23:00 * Commissions
