Professional development opportunities We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join a major medium- and low-voltage electrical maintenance service, who will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of the contract, ensuring fulfillment of commitments made to the client, fostering collaborative management, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. About the Challenge * Lead and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of the electrical maintenance service. * Fulfill and enforce contractual commitments, ensuring achievement of established goals. * Measure, analyze, and monitor service KPIs and standards, safeguarding customer satisfaction and alignment with business objectives. * Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines on safety, occupational health, environment, and communities. * Supervise proper scheduling, execution, and timely delivery of work. * Mandatory participation in cross-inspections and meetings with the Maintenance Superintendence, Contract Administrators, and the Contract Management Control Directorate. * Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports on activities carried out during service execution. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and collaborative work. What Would We Love to See in You? * Professional degree as Electrical Civil Engineer. * Minimum 4 years of experience as Contract Administrator in mining operations. * Experience managing electrical maintenance contracts in the mining industry. * Basic Occupational Risk Prevention Course. * Defensive Driving Course. * Valid Class B driver's license. * Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships.
