WE HAVE A PLACE FOR YOU!* This job posting is governed by Law 21.015, which promotes the inclusion of persons with disabilities into the labor market.* GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Responsible for driving business growth through the promotion and sale of aftermarket tools and consumables, while providing technical and commercial support to Sandvik’s customers. The role aims to strengthen customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and ensure high-quality service that optimizes equipment performance and operational efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage sales of products and services within an assigned geographic territory, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives. * Retain and develop relationships with existing customers while identifying and closing opportunities with new customers. * Anticipate and understand customer needs, aligning them with the company’s product and service offerings to maximize delivered value and profitability. * Identify strategic sales opportunities through regular visits to existing and potential customers, evaluating their requirements and proposing suitable solutions. * Address complex customer inquiries, negotiate commercial terms (prices and delivery timelines) within defined margins, and close sales agreements. * Collect, analyze, and communicate relevant market and competitive intelligence to Sales and Product Management teams using established platforms and systems. * Develop and execute annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans, prioritizing activities to ensure goal attainment. * Coordinate, execute, and follow up on field performance tests of products, gathering technical and commercial feedback. YOUR PROFILE: * University degree in Engineering or Applied Engineering in Mining, Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Geology, or a related field. * Minimum 4 years’ experience in operations and sales of products for the mining industry. * Technical knowledge of Rotary and DTH drilling systems (mandatory). * Intermediate to advanced level of English (desirable). * Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Lotus applications. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, especially in the Northern Zone, where you will manage key contracts and customers. * Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule (5x2). * Class B driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years’ validity (mandatory). * Residence in the Metropolitan Region (mandatory).
