Don't worry about experience — here you'll have all the tools to support your career and professional development within our company. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Supporting the **receiving of spare parts and materials**, verifying quantities, physical condition, and associated documentation. * **Recording and controlling cargo intake** in the system, ensuring proper traceability and up-to-date information. * **Labeling, organizing, and storing** products in their designated locations, maintaining warehouse order and cleanliness. * **Preparing and dispatching spare parts** to customers, service repair shops, and other internal departments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. * **Coordinating shipment of materials** to other branches, assisting in packaging decisions and closing transport documentation. * **Conducting periodic inventory checks**, reviewing stock levels, locations, and work orders in the system. * **Issuing and managing logistics documents**, such as delivery notes, invoices, and signed records. * **Supporting the optimization of logistics processes**, contributing to operational efficiency and service quality. * **Complying with safety, order, and cleanliness standards**, maintaining the workspace in appropriate conditions. * Promoting a **collaborative attitude** with the team, supporting cross-functional tasks as needed. **Desired Profile:** * Student in Intermediate/Higher Level Technical Program in Logistics. * Must have school insurance. * Must be available to start the internship on January 5th and finish on March 31st. **Additional Information:** Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
