Centinela Site (DTSA) Job Purpose: Perform structural inspections on mining equipment at the Centinela site, verifying the condition of welds, components, and structures with a focus on safety, technical compliance, and operational continuity. Direct interaction with the client is expected, maintaining high standards of quality, reporting, and service. Main Responsibilities: Conduct scheduled and unscheduled structural inspections in the field. Verify compliance with technical standards (WPS and others). Record findings, issue technical reports, and raise alerts when necessary. Validate information in the system and propose corrective actions. Maintain direct communication with internal supervision and the client. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE. Participate in continuous improvement activities within the maintenance area. Job Requirements: Higher Technical Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Metallurgy, Structures, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in structural inspection or maintenance of mining equipment. Prior experience as a welder. Hold valid AWS welding certification and current WPS qualification. Class B driver's license (mandatory). Health suitable for high-altitude geographical work. Availability for 7x7 shift schedule (day shifts only) at the Centinela site.
