Additionally, coordinate products, monitor stock levels, and maintain a commercial mindset. **Key responsibilities of the role include:** * Manage point-of-sale materials: ensure communication materials, display elements, etc., arrive in correct condition and quantities for your store. Oversee their maintenance and replacement when necessary. Be accountable for their proper use in-store and correct storage in the backroom (taking care of them and minimizing safety-related risks). * Execute WINDOW DISPLAYS (hang graphics, properly showcase products, place price tags, update according to schedule, etc.). * Carry out WEEKLY DELIVERY, prioritizing new arrivals and sold-out items. Assemble the new arrivals display panel and ensure communication to the rest of the store team. * STOCK CONTROLLING: set aside standby products, group sale items, maintain warehouse standards, etc. Be fully responsible for the maintenance and organization of the backroom. Reports \- Know and analyze the BEST and WORST SELLERS of your store. Make decisions from a commercial perspective to maintain or enhance performance. **We value:** * Professionals or university students currently pursuing studies. * At least 1 year of experience in similar roles (not mandatory). * Full-time 5x2 rotating availability. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
