Flexibility in scheduling and responsibilities for professional development. **Job Description** --------------------------- The Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating other employees, including setting priorities and managing inventory. Essential job functions and responsibilities may vary by Aramark location according to client requirements and business needs. **Job Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Lead and coordinate the work of team leaders and/or assistants, ensuring adherence to Aramark quality standards. * Ensure and supervise that all designated areas are cleaned and disinfected according to Aramark quality standards. * Ensure that all equipment and supplies used by team leaders and/or assistants under supervision are appropriate and sufficient. * Ensure periodic inspection of equipment and reporting of any deficiencies. * Verify that equipment is safe and operational. * Provide assistance with linen systems. * Perform additional cleaning tasks as needed. * Use the facility's washer for internal laundry as required. * Follow health and safety regulations and fire policies. * Report hazards to the Administrator. * Maintain hygiene standards per Aramark quality standards. * Follow company policy for addressing customer feedback or complaints. * Ensure clothing—including footwear and headwear—and personal hygiene are consistently of the highest standard; also supervise adherence to this standard among the team under supervision. * Participate in company training to enhance performance. * Suggest areas for improvement and implement necessary corrective actions. This position may involve physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or walking and standing for extended periods.
