This opportunity is for you! **Location:** Calama **Schedule:** 5x2 **Department:** Operations **Position Type:** Key Role ### **Purpose of the Position** Supervise and lead daily workshop operations, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with quality and safety standards, and effective management of human and technical resources. The Workshop Manager will be responsible for maintenance planning, team coordination, and customer satisfaction. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations. * Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance. * Lead and train the technical team. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations. * Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical problems. * Manage documentation for audits. * Provide periodic reports to Management. ### **✅** **Requirements** * **Education:** Higher Technical Professional Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Mechanical Engineering. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years leading workshops for light and heavy vehicles, preferably in the mining sector. * **Knowledge:** Mechanical systems and repair procedures. * Safety regulations. * Preventive and corrective maintenance. * Quality, environmental, occupational health and safety policies. ### **Key Competencies** * Integrity and commitment. * Strategic vision. * Excellence and quality orientation. * Coordination and teamwork. * Team leadership. * Safe work practices.
