Job Summary: Finning is seeking a Programmer for the Ministro Hales contract, responsible for programming and coordinating the daily and weekly maintenance plans for mining equipment. You will be responsible for programming, adjusting, and coordinating the daily and weekly maintenance plans for mining equipment covered under the contract. Conduct field and software-based control and monitoring of all scheduled work (PM, PCR, Scheduled Repairs, BL, etc.) included in daily adjustments and weekly plans, with the objective of achieving 100% fulfillment of commitments to the client. Contribute to the execution of short- and medium-term plans and to fleet availability, aligned with budget, KPIs, safety policies, quality, customer service, and procedures established by Finning. Required Qualifications: Professional degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, or a Technical Superior qualification with relevant experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in work scheduling. Knowledge of: * MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook). * CAT equipment and machinery. * Management processes, systems, and tools. * AMT and DBS systems preferred. * Technical English (reading proficiency).
