Job Summary: Finning is seeking a Programmer for the Ministro Hales contract, responsible for programming and coordinating the daily and weekly maintenance plans for mining equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Programming and coordination of maintenance for mining equipment. 2. Field control and monitoring of scheduled work. 3. You will be responsible for programming, adjusting, and coordinating the daily and weekly maintenance plans for mining equipment covered under the contract. Conduct field and software-based control and monitoring of all scheduled work (PM, PCR, Scheduled Repairs, BL, etc.) included in daily adjustments and weekly plans, with the objective of achieving 100% fulfillment of commitments to the client. Contribute to the execution of short- and medium-term plans and to fleet availability, aligned with budget, KPIs, safety policies, quality, customer service, and procedures established by Finning. Main responsibilities of the role include: Monitoring and tracking activities included in the daily and weekly maintenance plans. Entering and submitting assigned information according to specified frequency. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation (procedures, PM checklists, campaigns, inspections, drawings, BLs, etc.) and proper preparation of folders for each scheduled job. Reporting KPIs such as availability, program compliance, service accuracy, deviations from scheduled times, etc. Executing activities in accordance with instructions received regarding SHEQ management, and actively participating in SHEQ-related activities specific to your area. Ensuring availability of spare parts and resources required for correct execution of the weekly plan. Developing safe work procedures. Required Qualifications: Professional degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, or a Technical Superior qualification with relevant experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in work scheduling. Knowledge of: * MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook). * CAT equipment and machinery. * Management processes, systems, and tools. * AMT and DBS systems preferred. * Technical English (reading proficiency).
