Must ensure that content aligns with current regulations, safety standards and the company's operational needs, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. **Requirements:** \- Higher Technical Degree in Electricity and/or Automation or similar. \- SEC Class A or B certification. \- At least 3 years of experience in Renewable Energy. \- At least 4 years of experience working with MV and HV. \- Experience with medium voltage switchgear. \- Experience with cable joints (splices). \- Operational maneuvers in MV cells and electrical substations. \- Proficiency with electrical measurement and diagnostic instruments. \- Knowledge of electrical safety regulations and risk prevention 16,744. \- English (ideally). \- Proficiency with digital tools for training.
