Position Purpose** --------------------------- Manage and coordinate the company's accreditation and certification processes for its personnel and technical equipment, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality requirements necessary for the proper execution of projects in the renewable energy sector. **2\. Main Functions and Responsibilities** ------------------------------------------------- * Coordinate the acquisition of required accreditations and certifications for the company in the renewable energy sector, including specific licenses and permits. * Manage, monitor, and keep updated the documentation required for company and personnel accreditation, ensuring compliance with regulations and legal requirements. * Administer the personnel accreditation process, ensuring that employees hold the required certifications and training according to their roles. * Coordinate the accreditation and certification of technical equipment, machinery, and vehicles used in projects. * Monitor deadlines and expiration dates of accreditations and certifications, ensuring timely renewal. * Act as a communication and coordination channel with field technical teams and engineering to meet project-specific accreditation requirements. * Maintain direct communication with authorities, agencies, and accrediting platforms, ensuring smooth interactions and clear understanding of processes. * Evaluate and implement modifications or updates of applicable regulations related to accreditations and certifications in the renewable energy sector. * Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits related to accreditations and certifications. * Provide administrative support in other areas as organizational needs arise. * Perform any tasks related to their specialty or instructed by their direct supervisor. **Education and Experience:** Technical or university degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to the renewable energy sector and accreditations. Experience in /mining and accreditation platforms. **Software:** Microsoft Office (Word, Excel \& PowerPoint) Accreditation platforms (Workmate, Check Laboral, Infocontrol etc) 2 to 3 years of prior experience in administrative and accreditation roles within construction and renewable energy companies (solar, wind, etc.). English level: intermediate (desirable)
