GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: To ensure proper accreditation, certification and document control, as well as logistics and expediting management for personnel and equipment. The objective is to guarantee that all operations are executed on time, correctly, and to the required quality standards, complying with safety standards, applicable regulations, and customer requirements, thereby contributing to operational continuity at mining sites. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage accreditations and documentation for site access. / Coordinate purchases and deliveries via SENEGOCIA. / Monitor inventories, PPE, and spare parts. / Record movements and orders in ERP systems. Report progress and anomalies. / Verify suppliers and policies. / Support EHS activities and report hazards. REQUIREMENTS: Technical or professional degree in administration, logistics, industrial engineering, commerce, or related field / Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles within the mining industry / Basic technical English (mandatory) / Advanced MS Office proficiency (desirable) / Experience using ERP systems such as SUCAL, SAP, SENEGOCIA, or equivalent systems (mandatory). / Availability to work rotating shifts (5X2) / Class B driver’s license, minimum 3 years’ validity (mandatory) / Residence in Calama (mandatory).
