We would like you to: Supervise and execute the electronic initiation blasting process to ensure proper detonation according to customer requirements. Key daily responsibilities: * Plan and coordinate blasting-related tasks with personnel involved in blasting operations. * Perform blasting design, programming, connection, checking, charging, and detonation. * Verify availability of resources for operations or request them timely. * Ensure adequate stock levels of products at the site. * Deliver Davey Bickford support; introduce and apply company products. * Ensure successful implementation of the electronic blasting initiation process, maintaining customer satisfaction. * Monitor compliance with site KPIs related to BU, TQ, quality, supply, and others; implement effective operational control based on best practices, procedures, and critical stock management. * Represent direct management before the client, as required. * Provide technical responses satisfying the client, including measures that could jeopardize business continuity. * Coordinate and conduct technical training sessions for users. * Generate regular reports on all progress and anomalies encountered during field task execution. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Must reside in Calama * Residency in Calama is ideal * Minimum 1 year of experience in Drilling and Blasting processes This position is open to candidates with disabilities. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
