About the challenge: * You will manage and develop a mining sector client portfolio, identifying opportunities and offering specialized technical solutions within the company's product and service portfolio. * You will conduct in-person visits, on-site technical assessments, and customer training sessions, strengthening commercial relationships. * You will accompany the entire sales cycle: from identifying needs to commissioning, ensuring customer satisfaction. * You will use tools such as CRM to record activities, monitor opportunities, and plan effective sales strategies. * You will collaborate with internal departments, such as engineering and applications, to select optimal technical solutions for customers. * You will be responsible for managing bidding portals and meeting key customer requirements. What we are looking for: * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. * At least 2 years of experience in technical sales within the mining industry or related fields. * Technical knowledge in hydraulics, mechanics, and metrology (mandatory). * Proactivity, negotiation skills, impact and influence, strong customer orientation, and results-driven mindset. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet at user level; CRM experience is a plus. * Class B driver's license (mandatory requirement).
