Advanced use of Primavera Project software At **SIGMA S.A.**, a leading company in integrated services for mining and engineering, specializing in construction, commissioning, and maintenance solutions, we are currently seeking a **Programming and Control Manager** to join the **Electrical Installation** project team located in the Antofagasta Region. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain the project's detailed construction schedule, ensuring alignment with established objectives and deadlines. * Monitor physical and financial project progress, comparing actual performance against planned targets and proposing adjustments as necessary. * Use Primavera Project software proficiently to develop and update the construction schedule, generating resource loading curves, project progress reports, and forecasts. * Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports, highlighting milestones, deviations, and future projections. * Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure schedule coherence with on-site project realities. * Identify opportunities to optimize resource utilization, both in terms of time and budget. * Ensure scheduled activities are executed at the assigned frequency and within allocated timeframes. * Ensure that schedule planning and execution comply with quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations and standards. **Requirements:** * Degree in **Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering, Civil Constructor, or Executive Engineer. Higher Technician (according to specialty)** * Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and electrical installation projects. * Proficiency in Primavera Project Planner P6. * Knowledge of progress programming and control, management of technical representatives from suppliers, cost control, document control, control elements, and quality control. * Programming of electrical installation works, engineering, and supply activities. * Experience in preparing change orders and assessing project productivity. * Familiarity with Chilean Standards and Construction Sector Regulations.
