A leading company in the food industry requires hiring a Maintenance Manager. Some of your responsibilities will be: 1. Manage maintenance services, including: * General infrastructure maintenance: minor civil works, plumbing, medium/low voltage electrical work, floor and pavement maintenance, ceilings, walls, doors, locksmithing, furniture, hardware, generator sets with and without load, gardening, leak repairs, piping (NC, NO valves, PPR systems, among others), rain drainage systems, roofs, water drains, faucets, installation or removal of bathroom fixtures, toilets, sinks, showers, painting, equipment relocation, and various services required by the hospital, among others. 2. Lead in-house staff as well as subcontracted companies. 3. Operate management software. 4. Interact with external and/or internal clients. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. University or technical degree.
