A prominent company in the food industry requires hiring a maintenance manager. Some of your responsibilities will be: 1\. Managing maintenance services, including: * General infrastructure maintenance: minor civil works, plumbing, medium/low voltage electricity, floor maintenance, pavements, ceilings, walls, doors, locksmithing, furniture, hardware, generator sets with and without load, gardening, leak repairs, and piping (NC, NO valves, PPR systems, among others), rainwater drainage system, roofs, water drains, faucets, installation or removal of bathroom fixtures, toilets, sinks, showers, painting, equipment relocation, and various services required by the hospital, among others. 2\. Supervising both internal staff and subcontracted companies. 3\. Operating management software. 4\. Interfacing with external and/or internal clients. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position University or technical degree.
