An important company in the food industry requires hiring a Maintenance Manager. Some of their responsibilities will be: 1\. Manage maintenance services, including: * General infrastructure maintenance: minor civil works, plumbing, medium/low voltage electricity, floor maintenance, pavements, ceilings, walls, doors, locksmithing, furniture, hardware, generator sets with and without load, gardening, leak repairs, and piping (NC, NO valves, PPR systems, among others), rain drainage systems, roofs, water drains, faucets, installation or removal of bathroom fixtures, toilets, sinks, showers, painting, equipment relocation, and various services required by the hospital, among others. 2\. Supervise direct personnel as well as subcontracted companies. 3\. Operate management software. 4\. Interact with external and/or internal clients. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. University or technical degree.
