Centinela Mine Site (DTSA) Position Purpose: Develop and implement maintenance plans, failure analysis, and reliability strategies, ensuring operational continuity of mining equipment, compliance with technical standards, and continuous improvement in operations. Main Responsibilities: Design and execute short-, medium-, and long-term maintenance plans. Analyze failures, assess component conditions, and define preventive actions. Monitor reliability, availability, and equipment lifespan indicators. Coordinate with planning, operations, inspection, and warehouse teams to ensure resources, manpower, and spare parts. Participate in technical meetings with clients, proposing improvements and solutions. Ensure compliance with safety standards and DTSA procedures. Lead continuous improvement processes related to maintenance and reliability management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Structural Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in mining equipment maintenance and reliability areas. Advanced knowledge in maintenance planning, failure analysis, PM strategies, and condition monitoring. Class B driver's license. Health compatible with high-altitude geographical work. Availability to work under a 4x3 shift system at Centinela Mine Site. Experience leading technical teams in mining maintenance contracts. Proficiency in maintenance software and reliability analysis tools.
