Within our **Energy Solutions Management**, we are seeking a **Lead Operator** to work in Calama (RT), whose mission will be operating the LPG Plant within the El Abra Solutions Heating Plant (LPG unloading, vaporizers, control system, etc.). Execute controls, operational maneuvers, and daily recording of operational and maintenance parameters, in accordance with established procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure system monitoring and adjustment via control panels to maintain flow rates and pressures. * Responsible for conducting rounds to inspect mechanical equipment and systems, identifying and reporting failures or maintenance needs. * Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, identify hazards, participate in drills, and manage emergency situations. * Record production data, process variables, and report anomalies to optimize operations. * Perform valve opening/closing, sampling, and transfer, loading, and unloading of LPG. If you have experience in this role and are interested in joining our company, we look forward to your application. **Desired Profile** ------------------ **Some Requirements:** * Technician in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Processes, or Chemical fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as plant operators in mining. * Knowledge of industrial machinery operation, refrigeration systems, compression systems, and instrumentation and control. * Residence in Calama (Mandatory) Minimum 2 years’ experience Minimum Education Level: University degree Graduate
