Oversee safety, quality, and environmental standards at mining sites **Job Description** We are seeking a **Mining Engineering and Services Manager** to lead engineering and specialized services projects for mining operations. The role carries responsibility for technical teams, project planning, client relations, and achievement of operational, commercial, safety, and quality objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the planning and execution of **engineering and services projects for the mining industry**. * Coordinate engineering, operations, maintenance, and technical specialist teams to achieve each project’s objectives. * Supervise budgets, schedules, resources, productivity, and service profitability. * Manage technical client relationships, identifying needs and proposing efficient solutions. * Oversee compliance with **safety, quality, environmental, and site-specific requirements**. * Evaluate opportunities for improvement, new services, and technical solutions to strengthen operations. * Prepare management reports and present results, risks, progress, and opportunities to senior management. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering**, or a related field. * **8 to 12 years of experience** in engineering, operations, or services for the mining industry. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and medium- to large-scale projects. * Knowledge of planning, cost control, contract management, and operational KPIs. * Experience working with mining clients, contractors, and specialized suppliers. * Familiarity with standard safety practices and typical operational requirements at mining sites. Salary: $2\.400\.000 \- $3\.800\.000 per month Work Location: On-site employment
